About Me

Gary LeDrew is from Louisbourg and even lived on
Louisbourg Lighthouse as a child.
He moved to and grew up in Uxbridge ontario.
He was involved in many school art projects.
he was the first boy to take Art class rather than take agriculture.
he was disk Jockey for School Dances and Teen town.
he then Joined the Canadian Navy
he has had an adventurous life sailing in the caribbean and delivering
racing yachts and he was a bosun on the Brig 'Pilgrim'
he was a part of the art scene in toronto and was noted for his parties
and after hours club.
he has had a couple of Shows in toronto and a few more in Uxbridge.
he was early into computers and in developing his graphics became expert
enough to work as an executive for a large computer chain.
He abandoned oil painting for digital and developed his own digital
watercolour process. in 2004 he moved back to
louisbourg creating art in his favourite place.
